Local Family Living
Located in Oklahoma County, Spencer is nine miles northeast of Oklahoma City, and a part of that metropolitan area, and three miles north of U.S. Highway 62. Spencer was one of the earliest towns in a region that was opened to settlement in the Land Run of 1889 into the Unassigned Lands.
Today, Spencer is filled with innovative and forward-thinking people who are working together to make a better community. We are farmers, builders, teachers, mechanics, and much more. Learn more about our people and their stories.
Creating Content Responsibly
Green Pastures Studio is the home of the Oklahoma Film & TV Academy. Additionally, it will provide a home for entertainment entrepreneurs, film and television producers, photographers, graphic designers, artists, marketers, and various support vendors, where they can come together, provide hands-on experience to OFTA students, and make magic happen. It is a campus where the best of the best can build powerful alliances that birth innovative collaborations, propel careers, impact the community, and inspire the world. If you’re interested in leasing a studio/office space with us, we have a variety of options available from small 2 person units through to creative suites that can accommodate teams of up to 30. Both short term production office rental for film and tv productions and longer-term offices for Oklahoma based businesses are available.
As a tenant, you get access to our receptionist, various meeting rooms, a 1,500 SQFT photography/film studio, together with preferred rates on our main 6,000 SQFT sound stage and a large backlot where the only limit to what you can create is your imagination.
